Cry.Apologize. Tell someone how much they mean to you. Tell a jerk what youthink. Laugh til your stomach hurts and your eyes water. Live life tothe fullest

修行真的是一條永久的路,要修之前要苦其身心,修行中又要學習放下執著,當人真的很辛苦!
